Host Nick Cannon and panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Rita Ora and Ken Jeong return to make their guesses about which celebrity is hiding behind each mask. Each performance keeps viewers and the audience guessing who is singing behind the mask. Contestants try to throw people off their scent, but each week, more clues are revealed. Some celebrities’ voices are so recognizable that one performance gives them away, while other guesses couldn’t be more wrong. Every week, one singer is eliminated, revealing their true identity as they remove their mask. This season introduces a new twist: Lucky Duck, a mischievous character similar to Cluedle-Doo, will interrupt the competition to share additional clues. In a past season, Cluedle-Doo was revealed to be Donnie Wahlberg, McCarthy’s husband. At the end of the season, Detective Lucky Duck will also be unmasked, and according to the network, “there could be a very special connection to someone on the show.”
